The Internet Switch Store Delivery and Returns

YRC8 = FREE FIRST CLASS POSTAGE (1-3 days Monday to Saturday delivery)
1 Product (200g) = £2.00 - First Class recorded (1-3 days Monday to Saturday delivery)
2-3 Products (400g/600g) £3.00 - First Class recorded (1-3 days Monday to Saturday delivery)
4-5 Products (800/1000g) £5.00 - Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next working day)
6 + Products = 1200g and above - £7.50 = Courier next working day

Deadlines for delivery (As a guideline only - The internet switch store cannot guarantee these estimated delivery times).

Please note the Internet Switch Store will attempt where possible to perform a next day service, but this is not guaranteed and is to be used only as a guideline. If it is not possible to dispatch your goods on the day of order, we will split your order and send what we do have available. Then subsequently send the balance of your order. You will be emailed regularly from our dispatch team keeping you updated throughout the dispatch process.

Monday: Order by 16.00 for usually a next day service
Tuesday: Order by 16.00 for usually a next day service
Wednesday: Order by 16.00 for usually a next day service
Thursday: Order by 16.00 for usually a next day service
Friday: Order by 16.00 for usually a next day service

Saturday: We dispatch on a Saturday at 11.30, orders before then will be processed and sent, if that deadline is missed, they will be sent in Monday's post.
Sunday: Orders will be processed, any queries will be emailed, items will then go to dispatch on Monday.

Note: Bank Holidays - Saturday Service applies

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the internet switch store will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

This guarantee does not apply if:
  • We were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item.
  • The delivery address is in an area of the UK where we do not guarantee next day delivery

Special Delivery™ Next Day and we’ll guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm

International Orders

Basic international Charges are (example for one switch):

International airmail small packet rate = £4 (one switch)
International airmail small packet international signed for = £7 (one switch)

Depending on your total order and requirement we will package up your order and price delivery at the best available rate. We can invoice you through paypal for this service: payments@theinternetswitchstore.co.uk or call free phone: 0800 043 5532

Please note above price example is for one international item, the buyer will be liable for additional postage if multiple units are purchased. But the order of 5 switches will not be 5 times the above amount, please contact us.

Delivery Terms

Should the internet switch store have a rare case of zero stock, we will get part of your order out (if applicable) and email to confirm what has been sent and what is to follow with your order.

You will get an email on purchase to confirm your items, your delivery address and the time your delivery. This is likely to be same day, given that dispatch is open 7 days a week. With orders processed on Saturdays and Sundays, the internet switch store prides itself in offering a service that can truly compete with the retail stores not just on price, but also on speed of delivery..

Should we not have stock of your order within 24 hours of your purchase you will receive either an email from graham.marris@theinternetswitchstore.co.uk or a call from one of our customer service staff informing you of any unlikely delay to your order. We will then happily discuss your order and give you an ETA. Obviously if The Internet Switch Store cannot deliver the products you have requested and paid for, the buyer will be entitled to a full refund.

Damaged Goods

The Internet Switch Store aims to provide the highest level of service to its customers, but occasionally goods may be damaged and this is likely to be damaged in transit.

In this scenario the customer must do the following:

Returned Goods

The Internet Switch Store is flexible, if you purchase an item and decide you don’t want it or you don’t like the colour, you can send the item back for a refund or exchange.

Please note it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the Internet Switch Store receives the item boxed and in the condition it was received in. (Otherwise see damaged goods above).
